Founded in 2017 by owner Timothy McNamara, McNamara Building Co. is a design-build contractor based in Lancaster, Massachusetts, proudly serving Worcester County and Middlesex County.
Originally established as McNamara Contracting, the company became McNamara Building Co. in 2026 to reflect its growth, expanded project experience, and continued focus on thoughtful design-build work. The name has changed, but the same team, trusted process, and commitment to Building Peace of Mind remain.
